Why are we only offering tickets to Veterans injured since 2001?

Tickets For Troops is not currently able to offer tickets to veterans or those members of HM Forces who were injured prior to 2001 due to the level of available tickets.

Do I have to wear my uniform to the events?

Uniforms do not need to be worn to any Tickets For Troops events unless specifically stated.

Why the suggested donation? And where will it go?

Applicants are invited to make a small donation per ticket application, in order to help us cover our costs. We will make donations of surplus income to a variety of military charities. Please visit the 'Donate Now' page to do so.

Is there a Tickets for Troops Mailing List?

Where will I be sitting for Sporting Events?

Seats are located with home fans.

Why do we use CAPTCHA?

Why am I getting error code 15:0958o?

This code indicates that there has been a temporary block on your account. Please contact info@ticketsfortroops.org.uk quoting this reference code to resolve the issue.

How do I change my personal details?

To change your personal details, including your postal address, password and mailing preferences, go to the 'My Profile' page once you have logged into your account.

Can I order more tickets than shown on the quantity drop down?

No. You are only able to book the number of tickets listed on the drop down menu when booking tickets. Multiple bookings will be cancelled.

Will I be notified if I have not been successful in a ballot?

No. You will only receive notification if you have been successful in a ballot.

Why can I only win one ballot every year?

This is to ensure that every serviceman and women registered with Tickets For Troops is able to attend one Category A event.
