TROOPS TO SEE VITAL DAVIS CUP CLASH

Tickets For Troops have once again teamed up with the LTA to provide troops with free tickets to the upcoming Davis Cup by BNP Paribas tie tie at Braehead Arena, Glasgow. The AEGON GB Davis Cup Team take on Hungary in a play-off on the 16th to 18th September, with the winner earning promotion to Europe/Africa Zone Group I.

The LTA have generously donated ten tickets for each day of the match. This continues the relationship between the LTA and Tickets For Troops, which has seen troops attend the AEGON Championship. the AEGON International, the AEGON Classic in Birmingham and the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals at the O2 Arena.

Tickets For Troops was set up in 2009 to provide members of the Armed Forces with free tickets for major sporting events, theatre performances, music concerts and cultural attractions.

Since launching, the charity have been donated over 260,000 tickets and over 100,000 troops have registered on the website www.ticketsfortroops.org.uk/

Tickets For Troops has been supported by a wide range of organisations and has been able to offer free tickets to a huge number of high profile events; recently these have included tickets for the England V Wales Euro 2012 Qualifier, the Ultrasound Festival and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
