Register to Become a Member
You are eligible to apply for tickets through Tickets for Troops if you are a current serving member of HM Armed Forces, a war widow since 2001 or have been medically discharged since 2001.
Once registered, please keep this information up to date.
To validate your registration please provide proof of service by completing one of the following options:
1. Send an email from your MODnet (mod.gov.uk) email address to info@ticketsfortroops.org.uk please include your service number.
Please note we not accept ArmyMail or NavyMail.
2. Use the file upload function below
Accepted forms of proof
• Screenshot from the JPA System
This must show your name, current assignment end date and your service number. All other information can be redacted for security.
• Your most recent payslip
This must show the date, your service number and name. All other information can be redacted for security.
Medical Discharge or Medical Pensions
If you are in receipt of a medical pension or have been medically discharged please provide a copy of your paperwork showing the date of your medical discharge or the date you were awarded your medical pension. Again, please feel free to redact any sensitive information.
Please ensure you upload proof of service as soon as possible. If the required information is not provided, the account will be deleted after 30 days.
We do not accept Veterans' Cards or Certificates of Service that do not specify discharge on medical grounds.

To prevent fraud and protect Tickets For Troops and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of your MOD 90 or proof of eligibility to the charity) after your booking so we can verify your tickets. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets and report this to Action Fraud, the military police and your Chain of Command.
You must inform Tickets For Troops of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after the application of the tickets. Our contact details are below. Our preferred method to contact you is email, so you should take care to provide a current, valid email address and be aware that your email filter settings may treat our emails as spam or direct them to your junk folder.
