Join Tickets For Troops as a Partnerships & Operations Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships & Operations Assistant to join our team. Based in Victoria, London, this full-time role offers hybrid working and an opportunity to play a vital part in supporting members of the British Armed Forces through access to events.

This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for customer service, and a genuine desire to help others. Full training will be provided.

The Role

As Partnerships & Operations Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customer service queries, handling membership applications and supporting the vetting process. 

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining member accounts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

You will work closely with our Partnerships Executives, helping to communicate event details to members and gathering feedback after events take place. 

The role also involves supporting relationships with Premier League, Women’s Super League, and Scottish Premier League football clubs. 

 Instagram to share key messages and updates from the organisation.

This role is customer service and admin heavy, it will be best suited to someone who is detail focused and methodical with a real interest in helping people and delivering events.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

A-Level and above.

Strong English and communication essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the British military would be an advantage.

Knowledge and interest in football would be an advantage.

Additional Notes

This is a hybrid role, with attendance at the London office required twice a month during normal office hours. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 0900- 1700. The salary for this position is £26,000 per annum.

Tickets For Troops distributes donated tickets to members of the British Armed Forces for all kinds of sporting and cultural events. Since 2009 we have handled over 2.6 million tickets. The aim of the charity has always been to provide those who serve in the Armed Forces with the opportunity to attend events with their friends and family when they are not deployed. We want to show the troops how much their service is appreciated by their country and allow them to make lasting memories, especially as they often miss out on so many other key moments with their loved ones.
